1st Masonic Seminar on Education, Justice and Democracy

On January 22nd, Belo Horizonte hosted the 1st Masonic Seminar on Education, Justice, and Democracy, marking an important step toward strengthening institutional dialogue in the country.

The initiative was supported by the Inter-American Masonic Confederation (CMI) and brought together the three Regular Masonic Powers of Minas Gerais: GOMG, GLMMG, and GOB-MG. The event welcomed key leaders, including Lictor Enrique Reyna, Deputy Executive Secretary of the CMI.

The panels promoted qualified discussions on essential topics for social development:

• The role of justice in promoting citizenship

• Civic education and the strengthening of democracy

• Human rights and social responsibility

The seminar reinforces institutional commitments, encourages collective reflection, and contributes to building a more just, participatory, and democratic society.
